Safety First
Better luck than good. This stands true even if you don't want to climb. A number of risky locations/conditions here:
1. '9 Bends Cave' , Taroko Gorge - Fallen rocks unexpectedly. Drive with extra care on a rainny night at the Taroko Gorge Highway.
2. Lone Dome / LongDong / LungTung, NE coast - rusty bolts/hangers
3. Summer - Typhoon season. If you want to go river-tracing / coasteering, beware of the flood / upswells.
4. Spring / Autumn - Activity of dangerous creatures like poisonous snakes and wild bees.
5. Unchartered routes; Climb at your own risks.
